Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under law. By accessing or using the Site, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand, and agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3. REGISTRATION
You warrant that the personal information which you are required to provide when you register as a customer is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects; and you are not impersonating any other person or entity.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for taking all reasonable measures to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept the responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you have reason to believe that your password has become comprised, you should contact us immediately. If you forget your password we will reset it upon your request and send it to the email address, which you specified when you registered.
We reserve the right to refuse service and/or terminate any accounts without prior notice, if you violate our Terms and Conditions or if we decide, in our sole discretion, that it would be in Beauty Ministry’s best interests to do so.
4. DESCRIPTIONS
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, images, ingredients and prices of products appearing on the Site are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, colours or other content available on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Although we aim to keep the Site as up to date as possible, the information including product descriptions appearing on this Site at a particular time may not always reflect the product exactly at the moment you place an order. We cannot confirm the price of a product until your order is accepted in accordance with our order payment acceptance policy in accordance with clause 8.
5. ORDERS
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the goods ordered are not available, you will be notified by e-mail and you will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order. We may not accept your order if we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment, suspect fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms and Conditions (including our Privacy Policy) or if we identify a product or pricing error.
Any orders placed by you will be treated as an offer to purchase the goods or services from us and we have the right to reject such offers at any time. You acknowledge that any automated acknowledgment of your order which you may receive from us shall not amount to our acceptance of your offer to purchase goods or services advertised on beautyministry.com. The conclusion of a contract between you and us will take place when we dispatch the goods to you or commence the services, whichever is the later. Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order in accordance with the cancellation section of the site.
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on its part (and, subject to applicable laws, including laws relating to data protection and privacy) beautyministry.com cannot be held liable for any loss suffered by beautyministry.com if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data provided by you when accessing or ordering from the our website.
You will assume the risk for the products once they have been delivered to the delivery address which you specified when ordering the products. We accept no liability where you provide an incorrect delivery address or where you fail to collect the products from the delivery address which you specified.
6. PRICE
All prices shown are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the website. We reserve the right, however, to change prices at any time without notice to you.
If your delivery address is within the United Kingdom or any other member state of the European Union, no additional taxes will be charged to you. Prices including VAT will remain the same for those countries outside the UK or European Union. Customers are not entitled to recover VAT discounts or refunds. Any such additional charges like; customs charges, taxes or fines that may have been incurred by individual customers are the responsibility of the individual customer and must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies and practices vary widely from country to country. We therefore recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information.
Please note that when shipping goods from outside the United Kingdom, cross border shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. In respect of all goods dispatched to you to an address outside of the United Kingdom, you are deemed to be the importer of the goods and must therefore comply with all the laws and regulations of the country into which the goods are being delivered to.
7. PROMOTIONS / OFFERS
Any discount or other promotional codes issued by Beauty Ministry from time to time are strictly subject to the individual terms and conditions with which they were issued, which may include, amongst other things, eligibility of use and maximum order value. Discounts or promotional codes/offers are only valid when used online at beautyministry.com.
Certain brands or products may be excluded and you will not be able to use any discount codes in respect of such brands/products unless otherwise stated. If any of the terms and conditions with which the discount codes were issued contradicts these terms and conditions, the terms and conditions in respect of the discount code will prevail.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel any orders which do not comply with these terms even if your credit or debit card has been charged (we will refund in full, any amounts paid by you in respect of the order).
Discount codes are non-transferable and bear no cash value. Multiple promotional codes cannot be used on the same order. If a code is limited to one use per customer, this will be stated on the site. Any discount code sent to you by email or any other method is confidential and the Customer shall not share this with any other person.
8. PAYMENT
Payments may be made by one of the following payment methods specified in the payment section of the site, any major credit or debit card or via your PayPal account.
You must confirm that the credit, debit card or PayPal account that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card/method refuses or does not, for any reason, authorise the payment to beautyministry.com, whether in advance or subsequent to a payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.
In the unlikely event that the price shown on the checkout page is wrong, and we discover this before accepting your order in accordance with clause 5, we are not required to sell the goods to you at the price shown. We always try and ensure that the prices of goods shown on our Website are accurate, but occasionally genuine errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the goods that you have ordered we will let you know as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you cancel your order and you have already paid for the goods, then you will receive a full refund.
9. TITLE TO GOODS
The goods shall be owned by you once we have received payment in full for the goods, until then the goods are owned by beautyministry.com. Ownership of the goods will revert back to us upon a refund to you, the customer.
10. DELIVERY
Any date or period for delivery shall be considered as indicative only. It is our policy to try to despatch all orders within 3 working days. Orders may be delivered in one or more parts. We do not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party.
Any products not available at the time of your order will be sent to you, as soon as possible, when received from the supplier. In any case, delivery will be made within 30 days after the date we accept your order. If there are delays in the delivery caused by the supplier, the carrier or any other third party then Beauty Ministry will contact you as soon as possible to let you know. If there is a substantial delay you may end the contract using the returns procedure and will be entitled to receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
If you order goods from the beautyministry.com for delivery to one of the International Delivery Destinations, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. It will also be your responsibility for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Failure to pay customs fees will result in a deduction of the customers delivery fee and a restocking fee of £10 if your order is returned to back to us.

11. PASSING OF RISK & LOSS
Customer will assume risk of the products ordered once they have been delivered to the address specified on the Order. Beauty Ministry accept no liability for undelivered parcels where the Customer provides an incorrect or invalid delivery address and/or fails to collect the Order from the delivery address specified following our reasonable efforts to contact you to deal with this. Where the goods are signed for, the customer bears the risk once the goods are signed for (provided they are signed for by the customer or a person identified as authorised by you).
If your product is deemed lost by us or by our delivery partner, we will offer a replacement product(s) dependant on stocking levels or a full refund in that order. We will also email you to inform you of this and for a selection to made, if we have no response within 24 hours, we will make an appropriate decision from the above.
12. ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS
The Customer shall inspect the goods upon receipt within a reasonable time after their receipt as described within our returns policy. You will be deemed to have accepted the goods unless you notify us that you have cancelled the order and/or you return the goods in accordance with the Returns Policy & Procedure. If no such action is taken, we shall not be obliged to accept any rejection of the goods at a later date. Your statutory rights are not affected.
If a customer believes that a parcel has been tampered with, it is their responsibility to refuse to sign for the goods (for the avoidance of doubt, signature for the parcel does not affect your rights of return).
If you have not received your entire order as detailed in the order confirmation email sent to you when an order was received, please contact our Customer Service on enquires@beautyministry.com. Any customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
13. RETURNS PROCEDURE
The Customer must follow the returns policy set out in detail on www.beautyministry.com/delivery-returns. This requires completing the dedicated online form to notify their intention to return any goods.
If the goods are to be rejected, the Customer shall comply with the return procedure as defined above. Beauty Ministry will not accept any returned goods should the return not follow the aforementioned return procedure.
We will examine the returned product and will notify you and process an exchange or refund within a reasonable period of time and, in any case, within 14 days of the day we confirm to you that you were entitled to an exchange or refund for product(s).
14. CANCELLATIONS
Within 14 days after receipt of the goods, the Customer must contact Beauty Ministry in writing via the contact details at www.beautyministry.com/delivery-returns/, following which, they must be returned to us within 5 working days of you telling us you want to change your mind. The goods must be ‘as new’ and unused, in original undamaged packaging, including all items and free gifts received. Cancellations are only accepted if the Customer complies with the following cancellation procedure that follows our Returns Procedure.
It is the Customer’s responsibility to take reasonable care of the products until their return to Beauty Ministry. Beauty Ministry will consider that the Customer has not taken reasonable care, if the goods have been used in a way or extent, exceeding what a customer would similarly examine the goods in a retail shop prior to purchase and will be entitled to deduct an amount reflecting any such reduction in value due to your use. Any refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the Customer’s returned products. Further details for cancellations can be found in our returns policy which expands further.
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Website is provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis without any representation or endorsement made and we make no warranties, whether express or implied, in relation to it and its use. You acknowledge that we cannot guarantee and cannot be responsible for the security or privacy of the Website and any information provided by you. You must bear the risk associated with the use of the Internet.
Whilst we will try to ensure that material included on the Website is correct, reputable and of high quality, we cannot accept responsibility if this is not the case. 22. ADVERSE REACTION POLICY
Please note that we are not responsible for any adverse reaction from any product(s) that we sell. Please be sure to read the manufacturer’s leaflet which comes with most products that Beauty Ministry offer to see if they are likely to cause you any problem. Follow the directions on the product or on the product page on our Website, while ensuring that you introduce the product slowly to prevent any adverse skin reactions. 23. COMPETITIONS
By entering the competition entrants will be deemed to have read and understood these Terms, and be bound by them. These rules will be deemed incorporated into each competition except to the extent that any specific instruction in a competition provides otherwise. We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time. All of our decisions will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
All entries must be received by the closing date specified in the competition. Answers/entries will be entered before submission date. We will not be liable for or accept any responsibility for: (i) any failure by the winner or any entrant to comply with these terms and conditions; (ii) any disruption, delay or misdirection of entries; or (iii) any server, system or network failures, malfunctioning or inaccessibility.
We reserve the absolute right to disqualify without notice any entries to any competition which we consider have used improper technical means to enter and/or we believe is fraudulent. Entrants are liable for their costs to access computer networks.
The winner/s will be notified via email, or through the relevant social media platform either via a reply to the winner/s’ comment, profile or via a separate comment/tagging on the competition post. Should the winner/s not come forward within one week, a new winner/s will be randomly selected and informed by the same method.
PRIZES
If for any reason an advertised prize is unavailable beautyministry.com reserve the right at our absolute discretion to substitute a similar prize of equivalent or greater value. Beauty Ministry reserves the right to withdraw the prize and competition at any time. Only one prize will be awarded per household.
There will be no cash or other alternative to the prize offered and prizes are not transferable. Terms will follow in accordance with clause 23.
24. REFERRAL SCHEME
Subject to the terms set out below, you may earn ‘credit’ for use on beautyministry.com by referring a new customer(s) to us through our referral scheme by sharing the referral link and/or referral code we provide to you (the “Referral Scheme”). You are only eligible to participate as a ‘referrer’ in this Referral Scheme if you have previously placed an order on beautyministry.com Website.
A new customer is a natural person who has not previously placed an order with us (a “Referee”). If the Referee has an account on the Website but has not previously placed an order on the Website then they are entitled to participate in the Referral Scheme through the ‘referral link’ only. If the Referee already has an account on beautyministry.com then they will be unable to participate in the Referral Scheme using a ‘referral code’ (regardless of whether they have previously placed an order).
If the Referee has clicked through your referral link the discount code will automatically be applied at checkout. If the Referee is using a referral code, the Referee must enter this code at checkout.
For the avoidance of doubt, any credit generated from the Referral Scheme may only be spent on the beautyministry.com and neither you nor the Referee is entitled to receive any payment of any kind in respect of the credit. The credit is not redeemable for cash. The credit that stands to your Referral Scheme account is not transferable in any way.
You will receive the applicable credit on your account 24 hours after dispatch of the Referee’s order. If the Referee cancels their order for any reason within 24 hours of it being dispatched, you will not qualify for any credit. You will receive your credit in the default currency of the Website.
Any credit accrued through the Referral Scheme that has not been used within 12 months from the date of accrual will expire.
The Referee must place an order with a value of at least the minimum value as stated on the Website from time to time. We may exclude additional products from the Referral Scheme at our sole discretion from time to time.
We may, in our sole discretion, withdraw your credit generated from the Referral Scheme at any time if we believe or suspect that your use of the Referral Scheme is fraudulent, misleading or contrary to these terms.

29. LAW & JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions are governed and shall be interpreted in accordance with English Law and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Any person attempting to make fraudulent credit card transactions will be prosecuted with no exception.
